Demand for experienced chief information security officers (CISOs) is on the rise. While large enterprises often compete to attract the best candidates on the job market, security leadership remains a serious need for companies of all sizes and situations. This is where a virtual CISO (vCISO) can help. A vCISO can provide access to experienced security leadership with flexibility that helps bridge financial and geographic limiters. vCISOs often work remotely, offering on-demand services based on their client’s needs. While different candidates have their own strengths and specialties, most are capable in critical areas such as security strategy, implementation, and risk management, as well as auditing and compliance.

Watch this webinar to learn more about this rising trend in security leadership. Topics will include:

  • Different use cases where a vCISO may be the right fit for an organization
  • Key benefits that a vCISO can offer—including substantial cost savings
  • Best practices for hiring and managing a vCISO
  • Liabilities and responsibilities in the event a cyberattack occurs under a vCISO’s watch
