About the Speakers

Endre Jarraux WallsEndre Jarraux Walls is the CISO for Customers Bancorp and its subsidiaries: BankMobile Disbursements, BankMobile Technologies, and Customers Bank. He is responsible for the security of over $10B in domestic assets and provides leadership to cyber risk, digital compliance, security operations, governance, resilience, and cyber fraud departments. He has held all 3 C-level roles in the technology industry, as an award-winning CIO, CTO, and now CISO. Prior to joining the Bank, he served as an executive in the Healthcare, Telecom, Technology, and Hospitality industries. Walls also led a ground-breaking global advisory service for a Global 100 technology company and manufacturer. He was recently recognized as one of the top 40 under 40 leaders in the greater Philadelphia region. He earned a Bachelor’s in Information Systems from Capella University.

Christopher RenceChristopher Rence is the Chief Data, Compliance, Security and Risk Officer for EQUUS Holdings. He is a solution-focused senior executive with more than 25 years of success spanning global compliance, software and cloud technology, security, telecommunications, e-commerce, and financial services. His broad areas of expertise include SaaS, security systems, data protection, technical infrastructure, global compliance, IT strategy, cloud computing, operations, ERP systems, data centers, and global team management. Prior to joining Equus, Christopher has held leadership positions with Digital River, Inc., FICO, and Accenture.

Jonathan KimmittJonathan Kimmitt is the CISO for University of Tulsa. He serves on the University’s Incident Response Team and is primary investigator on data security incidents on campus. Jonathan in an alumni of the University of Tulsa, and has 18 years of experience at TU in Information Technology & IT Security Operations. He comes from a diverse background within organizational management, law enforcement, and technology. He has spoken at over 20 conferences, seminars, and symposiums on a variety of risk analysis and IT topics across the U.S.

Theresa PaytonTheresa Payton is Founder, President & CEO at Foratlice Solutions, a boutique cybersecurity and intelligence services company listed in the Global Cybersecurity Top 500 and the “Hottest 150 Global Companies in Cybersecurity” by Cybercrime Magazine. At Fortalice, Theresa and her colleagues provide services tailored to meet the unique security needs and requirements of public, private and non-profit organizations.

Prior to Foratlice, Theresa was the first female CIO for the White House under the George W. Bush administration where she administered the IT enterprise for the President and 3,000 staff members. She also starred as the Deputy Commander of Intelligence on the CBS TV series, Hunted. She’s a frequent guest on national and international news outlets and is one of “100 Fascinating Females Fighting Cybercrime.” Lastly, her book “Manipulated,” is the #1 Hottest New Release for “Campaigns and Elections” on Amazon.com.
